Antique urn tomb with a curse
The urn was found during an archaeological excavation in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt in the mid-1950s.
Archaeologist Erik Åkerblom bought the urn of a eygptisk man who participated in the dig. Erik's daughter Viveca inherited the urn in the early 2000s and then became haunted by illness, accidents and misfortune. In 2003 she donated the urn to Småland Museum and then her accidents ended.

Urn size is 225 mm in width, 167 mm high and has a diameter of 170 mm. The surface is weathered, has visible cracks and traces of black glaze.
