Småland´s Museum

At Restaurant Kreativ, lunch features classic and contemporary Swedish home-style cooking, all made from scratch. In the evening, the à la carte menu moves from the deep flavors of the Nordic forests to the sun-ripened tastes of the Mediterranean and the aromatic influences of Asia. A place for lunch, dinner, or simply to unwind in a creative atmosphere. Located in Småland´s Museum at Södra Järnvägsgatan 2 in Växjö.

Mammornas Café is serving genuine Lebanese cuisine and is located in the House of Emigrants at Vilhelm Mobergs gata 4 in Växjö. We recommend the Oriental Plate or the Vegetarian Plate, both with various goodies.
Hjärtenholm Agricultural Museum

Next to Hjärtenholm’s agricultural museum is a cosy café. Here, you can take a break and enjoy coffee and pastries in a calm, countryside setting.
The café is open Thursday–Saturday, 12 pm–5 pm (weeks 25–36) during summer 2026.
